I’m from Halifax (Nova Scotia), pursuing my MSc in Neuroscience at Western University. I recently completed my MA in Philosophy at Western. I did my undergrad at Dalhousie University, finishing with a BA in Music and Neuroscience in 2018. My research focuses on topics that intersect neuroscience and philosophy, particularly consciousness studies and issues in the mind-brain relationship. I am also interested in the neuroscience of psychedelics, and hope to contribute to this emerging branch of research in the future. Teaching, music, and theater are my passions, and I maintain a steady practice in meditation and Buddhist philosophy.
