Historical Wargames and AI Simulations

2026-2027

This project explores how AI groups make high-stakes decisions by simulating historical wargames. We propose to test if AI exhibits human-like “groupthink,” how different hierarchies affect escalation, and if these models prioritize ethics in a crisis. The goal is to improve AI as a decision-support tool while learning how simulations can help us understand historical turning points.
